Equip yourself to better support and manage staff and volunteers through the various stages of their employment/ministry in this series of online workshops covering the employee lifecycle — from recruitment, selection and onboarding to retention strategies, performance review and offboarding.

Hosted by staff from the Diocesan Human Resources Team, sessions are held online and run for 30 minutes each.
