Reconciliation is an essential part of being a Christian. The Anglican Church Southern Queensland’s (ACSQ) vision for Reconciliation is a future of openness where the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of this country will be restored to a place of equity, dignity and respect. We are committed to assisting, encouraging and resourcing ministry to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Fulfilling this vision, in part, involves truth telling and sharing stories. One of the ways we do this is through our Diocesan news site anglican focus, which is hosted by the Parishes and Other Mission Agencies Commission. If you have a Reconciliation story to share, please email the Editor of anglican focus, Michelle McDonald.
